Within EENSAT, the three partner Universities together with staff from ITC - University of Twente are in a process to review the programmes at the respective Ethiopian partner Universities, dealing with geo-spatial sciences. To ensure that all materials used for the workshops, reports produced, etc. is available at all times, this repository (of materials and documents) is included in the LMS. This is mainly to support the staff members involved in the Curriculum Review Process.
Education Quality Assurance is obviously a concern in every academic institution. It deserves however attention how this is al organised and whether internal and external directives are taken into account. Is it a system which is a paper tiger or truly embedded into the organisation? In this course participants will compare the systems in place at their organisations and ITC/UT and develop a summarising document with lessons learned, developed solutions and future plans.
This course is having a focus on the current education management and administration structure and responsibilities both with respect to European/Dutch universities in general and at UT and Faculty ITC into more detail. Furthermore the strengths are identified, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) s in current management and administration structure both at ITC-UT and partner universities. This is complimented by an outline indicating improvements at various levels (strategic, operational, including individual).

To ensure that all materials used for development and training of the LMS administrators at the partner universities is available at all times, this repository (of training materials and documents) is included in the LMS. This is mainly to support the LMS Administrators.
